2021년 12월 17일 포르투갈 이민국 (SEF)에서 지문 등록 시스템을 변경했다고 합니다. 

이에 따라 고객님들의 온라인 골든 비자 접수 날짜 및 신청 비용 지급일 기준에 따라 순차적으로 예약이 접수되고 있다고 합니다.

현지 변호사에 따르면 2020년 1분기 (코로나 시작 시점) 해당 시스템을 적용하려고 하였으나, 실행이 잘 되지 않았다고 합니다. 그러므로 지문등록 예약 관련해서는 추이를 지켜봐야할 것 같습니다.

"Based on the principles of equality, opportunity and availability, the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), as from today, the methodology for scheduling of Residence Permits for Investment Purposes (ARI) in chronological order, with notification to citizens and/or their representatives.

As in carried out for the expressions of interest at Poral SAPA, SEF began getting in contact with citizens with scheduling for ARI in chronological order of the date of payment of the analysis rate and application thereto, up to the first quarter 2020, allowing, therefore, the availability of a scheduling for every investor in a more transparent, balanced and fair manner."
